“All your dreams are on the other side of your fear.”

This quick, transformational exercise was created by master coach Jason Goldberg.

It takes just a few minutes to complete and when you’re done, you’ll have essential elements and ideas to let go of fear, so you can start taking action on an important goal.

Step 1: Capture Your Goal

Write down a goal that’s a priority for you right now. This should be something you know you can accomplish when you overcome fear and doubt. Maybe it’s your goal to speak on stage, create a new product, have a sales conversation with a high-end client – something you know will move you forward in your life and business.

Step 2: Embody the Element

Now that you have your goal, ask yourself the following question: “If I embody just a small amount of one of the following elements – consistency, service, mastery or playfulness – how would I approach this goal, differently?” You need to pick just one element for now. You can come back to the other elements and work with them one at a time, later.

Step 3: List and Reflect

List your answers from the question in Step 2. Write down everything that comes to mind on a piece of paper or in your journal. When you’re done, reflect on each answer and think about how you can incorporate these insights into your daily routine so you can hit that goal with a sense of joy and ease.

This exercise may seem simple but it will help you create an actionable blueprint you can use to get past fears that are holding you back from creating what you want right now.

Final step – watch international best-selling author, master coach and transformational speaker, Jason Goldberg, as he takes you on an entertaining journey and shares how you can achieve self-leadership, escape fear and reach greater success and happiness in your life and business.
