I am an educator who has been working in the field of special education for nearly 20 years.

I am a parent, an athlete, and immigrated to the U.S. when I was 23, and with that, I draw on a fast wealth of personal experiences.

As a holobody coach, I am looking to serve parents and families with children who struggle academically.

I also have experience in working with women over the age of 40, who are looking to have better relationships, improve their health through lifestyle changes, and be in an optimal state to make difficult decisions.

By working with me, my clients can expect to become active agents in shaping their lives, feel empowered, and feel the positive impact of their work in their emotional, social, physical, and professional realms.
