I work with my clients to develop clarity of vision, build resilient, values-driven, and engaged teams, and align to purpose. In the age of COVID-19, I’ve also specialized in burnout avoidance, recovery, and reimagining the future.
I am currently an organizational effectiveness consultant and strategic advisor for a major healthcare system in Michigan as well as an interpersonal communication scholar with a background in clinical counseling and teaching.
In the last two decades I have successfully developed community-based programs in both urban and suburban environments delivering education, leadership development, relational, and mental well-being services.
I’ve consulted with leaders across the country for career planning, strategic thinking, and leadership acumen. I’ve also taught higher education classes focused on business communication, global leadership, social change, research methods, public speaking, and psychology and has published his interdisciplinary research journals spanning communication, psychology, and technology.
My current research is focused on interpersonal conflict and physician/provider communication.
