Tallinn - Estonia’s cozy capital with clean air and a relaxed vibe
Tallinn is an enchanting town that feels like a fairy tale coming to life. Its medieval Old Town is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. You can experience lively, year-round cultural scenes and culinary delights inspired by local traditions and Nordic cuisine here.
Since it’s a small town, it won’t take you more than 15 minutes to get to the city center regardless of where you stay in the city.
Please note that Estonia welcomes both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers. Estonia has recently lifted most COVID restrictions, making it less restrictive for you to attend Mindvalley Supercoach Experience from whichever country you are from.

What's included in your registration fee
While the event is completely free of charge, we charge a nominal registration fee of $99 + 20% VAT to block your seat and create high quality special branded merchandise that will be useful to you even after you leave from the event.
This fee does not include accommodation, flight, or any other expense you may incur while in Tallinn.

Our refund policy is flexible. Full refunds of the registration fees are available up to 30 days before the start date of the event (Last day to refund: June 1st, 2022). Please request the refund by filling out the official form here. If you have any questions about the form or refunds, you can email us at certification@evercoach.com.
The event is completely free. We have big things and an exciting goodie bag planned for you. The only way for us to know for sure if you’re coming is by charging a nominal registration fee. You can choose to get a full refund of this fee during registration at the venue (in which case you will not get your branded kit).
Yes. $99 + VAT is the full registration fee for the event.
No. The only requirement is for you to be a student of one of the 4 Mindvalley Coaching Certifications.
Yes, this is a separate event, happening right before Mindvalley University at the same location. If you'd like to attend Mindvalley University, we highly encourage you to do that. Once you've RSVP'd for your Mindvalley Supercoach Experience, feel free to head over to https://www.mindvalley.com/u/tickets and get your Mindvalley University tickets
Estonia welcomes both vaccinated and non-vaccinated travellers. If you are not vaccinated against COVID-19 or haven't had the disease, take into account that there is a chance you must self-isolate.
People arriving from a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Principality of Andorra, the Republic of Monaco, the Republic of San Marino, or the Vatican City State (the Holy See).
People coming from third countries who present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate; a COVID-19 recovery certificate; or a negative test result.
People who present a negative RT-PCR test result or a SARS CoV-2 antigen test result performed by a health care provider up to 48 hours before the border crossing do not have to self-isolate.
People who present a negative PCR test or an antigen test taken at a health care provider as soon as possible after crossing the border are also exempt from the restriction on freedom of movement. People have to pay for the test themselves.
People arriving from third countries who do not present a vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate, or a negative COVID-19 test result taken up to 48 hours before crossing the border or who do not take a COVID-19 test after crossing the border must self-isolate for seven days.

Estonia has recently lifted most COVID restrictions. Keeping these positive developments in mind, we are hopeful that we will be able to make Mindvalley Supercoach Experience happen without too many restrictions while ensuring your safety.
Throughout the event, we will be complying with local regulations to ensure the safety of all the attendees. Depending on the situation at the time of the event, we might conduct rapid antigen tests to ensure the safety of everyone. We will keep you informed if such measures will be put in place.
While we do our best efforts to keep you updated, we highly encourage that you also do your own research regarding COVID-19 regulations in particular when it comes to special travel regulations in place for different countries. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure they have the required documents needed to be able to enter Estonia and participate in the event. All attendees are required to sign a liability waiver for the event that will be sent out by the team closer to the event.
Your branded welcome kit and activities as part of the program are included. Meals & alcoholic beverages are not included as part of this program. You will have to take care of your flights, accommodation and airport transportation.
We recommend arriving in Tallinn by the evening of Friday, July 1st the latest, as our first get-together will take place at 8PM.
No, you’re more than welcome to stay around and organize your own tribe-led activities to connect in Tallinn. There’s a lot to do and see, use the opportunity to explore the city more on your own, or together with the tribe. You may also buy a ticket for Mindvalley University (July 4th - 25th) and stay for another 1-3 weeks. https://www.mindvalley.com/u/tickets
You may bring your kids with you to Tallinn. That being said, this event is for Certified Mindvalley Coaches only. We encourage you to find a weekend activity for your kids that better suits them or a nanny to take care of your kids while you’re at the event. You may also collaborate with other parents who come to the event and bring their kids to find the easiest solution.
If you’d like to sign up your children for a Mindvalley event you can consider Mindvalley University which happens July 4th - 25th. It’s right after Mindvalley Supercoach Experience and designed with its own program for children and teens. Tickets for Mindvalley University can be purchased here.Recommended areas for booking your stay: Old Town, Rotermanni, Kalamaja, Telliskivi, Kassisaba. Once you’ve booked your ticket to the event, you’ll receive more recommendations from us.
All customers will be added to the special community group on Telegram, where you can see who else is coming to the event and can get in touch with other members to make plans together for your stay in Tallinn.
