Practice #1: Repeat
When you start to consciously practice active listening you’ll discover just how hard it is to give your complete focus and attention to someone else.
But here’s a clever hack you can try.
The next time you talk to someone, boost your concentration by repeating some of their key words and phrases in your own mind.
